一、工作職責：
1、動力相關新產品設計；New product design for Engine.
2、動力相關產品的改進和提升；Product modification and promotion for Engine.
3、動力相關的設計計算；Engine relevant design calculation.
4、新產品輸入和輸出技術文件的編制；Redact new product input and output technical docs.
5、參與產品質量問題分析和改進；Analysis product quality issue and modify the design issue.
6、參與必要的市場調研和供應商考察；Participate necessary market survey and supplier evaluation.
7、樣機試制過程中的技術支持和進度跟蹤。Technical support during prototype trial and schedule tracking.
二、任職資格：
1、機械設計，能源動力或農業機械等相關專業本科及以上學歷；Bachelor and above, mechanical design，energy and power, agricultural machinery or relevant major.
2、掌握機械設計及發動機等相關知識；Master relevant knowledge of mechanical design and engine.
3、有5年以上農業機械動力設計經驗；Have experience of agricultural machinery engine design more than 5 years.
4、具備一定的的語言表達及文字寫作能力，較好的溝通及協調能力；Have certain expression and writing competence. Good communication and collaboration.
5、可操作UG等設計軟件及OFFICE等辦公軟件；Can handle design software of UG and so on, and office software.
6、愛崗敬業、積極創新、思維敏捷、態度認真、仔細，具備一定的邏輯思維能力；Active, innovating, dedicated, smart thought, serious and careful attitude. Have certain logic thought.
7、英語四級以上，聽說讀寫等方面都需要具備一定能力。 Cet-4 or above,have good ability in English listening, speaking, reading and writing.
